| Kathy Condon, Program Director/Instructor/Job Specialist/Caseworker Kathy has worked for the Project PRIDE program for the past twenty-one years and has served as the program director for the past twelve. She has an extensive knowledge of external resources and support services as well as the current job market and has more than thirty-one years teaching experience and a background in accounting. |
| Diane Carpenter, Instructor/Case Worker Diane has been employed by the Project PRIDE program for seven years. She has human service, management and training experience as well as certified training through the Department of Education. She has completed college course work, including business studies. She has a wonderful rapport with clients, local employers, service and training providers. She is an asset to the program. |
| Rachel Budde—Case Worker/Tutor Rachel has been part of our Project PRIDE family for the past three years. She is CAN certified and has extensive experience working with youth and adults with disabilities. She has training in Positive Youth Development, First Aid, CPR, Client Rights and Guardianship,Sexual Harassment Awareness, Interpersonal Communication, Beyond Stress Management and Non-violent Crisis Intervention |
Alice Standish, Job Developer/Instructor/Case
Worker
Alice has been part of the Project PRIDE program for
four years. She has studied journalism and public
relations and attended workshops on Career
Assessment and Job Development. She has been a
volunteer for Seacoast Hospice for the past four
years and is a Reiki teacher who also teaches
meditation, relaxation and stress release techniques
to her clients and as part of the Project PRIDE
curriculum.
