| Public Artwork In Factory Court! "Local artist Kathy Jackson has transformed what were once mundane concrete catch basins into beautiful mosaic planters in the pique assiette style. Working with volunteers from Project PRIDE and local potter Roger Galuska. Kathy has utilized donated materials in crafting these beautiful designs.
